Booking:


The studio must be booked with at least 12 hours notice before the
booking date/time, we can accept bookings with less than 12 hours notice
at our discretion.


Cancellations:


Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before arrival date with a
full refund on a no quibble policy. Cancellations before 48 hours must
be confirmed by email, and can be re-arranged. Unfortunately any
bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before booking will not receive a
deposit refund and another £30 booking deposit must be paid to re-book.


Deposit:


Prior to your booking, a deposit of £30 must be made to confirm your
booking. This deposit can be made via our secure online booking page, in
person or over the phone.


You will not be booked in until the deposit is paid, this means your
chosen date/time will not be secured and the studio will not be open if
you arrive.


We can accept booking without a deposit at our own discretion, please contact us if you wish to do this.


A full equipment check will be carried out before and after the
studio session. Please be aware that any damage caused by you, or any of
your team will be charged and the amount charged will be dependent on
the damage.  We at Pumpkin Studios have our own public liability
insurance however, this does not cover you, your team or any customers
you may have. It is strongly recommended that you take out your own
public liability insurance.


Payment method:


The remaining balance of your studio hire must be paid on arrival at the start of your booking.


Cash and card payments are accepted at Pumpkin Studio.


Equipment Use:


A full equipment check will be carried out before and after the
studio session by one of our staff. If you damage any of the equipment
or are not sure of the correct use of it you must contact one of our
staff straight away.


Site management:


You must inform us whether you will require a member of the Pumpkin
Studios Team to be on site to assist with equipment, papers, lighting
etc during your booking.


If you do not inform us that you require a staff member to be on
site, we will assume that you are confident and competent to use the
studio un-aided, safely and professionally.


A member of staff will arrive 10 minutes before your booking to open
up. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your booking, you will
forfeit your booking as a member of staff will no longer be on site.


Planning Your Hire Time:


When hiring the studio please make sure you allow for set up, hair
and make up etc. as it is all included within your chosen time limits.
Allow a time of 15 minutes before the end of your booking time to tidy
up and facilitate hand over time for the next booking. Any overtime you
incur will be charged in 15-minute increments of £5.00 and must be paid
for at the end of the session.


Studio Rules:


We here at Pumpkin Studio’s are pretty laid back, but we have a few Studio Rules to keep the studio professional and usable:


  • There is a no smoking policy inside the studio and office areas. (If
    smoking is required for photographic reasons please call the studio in
    advance of your shoot to make special arrangements.)
  • Areas must be left tidy at the end of your shoot.
  • Please respect all members of staff at Pumpkin Studios.
  • An adult must accompany children and minors at all times.
  • Studio property and equipment must be treated with care.
  • Pets must be supervised.
  • Any damage must be reported and paid for.
  • The flash trigger MUST be handed into a member of staff before you leave.
  • Create great photos and videos!
