Covid19 Policy

All equipment and high touch surface areas will be sanitised directly before and after each session.

Hand sanitiser will be available for clients to use and we ask all clients to use it on entering the studio (it is accaptable to supply you own).

2 meter distancing must be adhered to by all parties where possible.

The studio will be sanitised after every appointment, including all seating areas.

Masks must be worn unless exempt, masks can be removed while photos are taken.

There is a 1 hour buffer added before and after every booking to allow for cleaning and make sure customers are not over lapping at any point.

We accept cancellations up to 2 hours before the booking start time, this can be a full refund of any payments made or rearrange the booking for another date/time.

We ask people to check in with a NHS QR code, if people can’t we will ask them to fill out contact details (can be emailed), we keep these details for 21 days and will destroy them after this time.
